Yes. Our caregivers are trained in visual and verbal cueing techniques for freezing of gait — counting steps out loud, using laser-pointer cues, stepping sideways to break the freeze, and avoiding physical pulling which makes it worse. We also teach families these techniques during onboarding.

Yes. If your parent is working with a physiotherapist on PWR! Moves or LSVT BIG, our caregivers reinforce the exercises daily between sessions. We do not replace the PT, but we make sure the practice actually happens — which is often where home programs fall apart.
